Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce
OUR TASK IS TO SUPPORT OUR MEMBERS
We are a member‑funded non‑profit association whose mission is to support our members and their Swedish‑Polish business relations.
Our greatest asset is our extensive network of contacts, which enables our members to receive support in practically every area relevant to doing business in Poland, Sweden, and between the two countries.
In addition to our membership group – consisting of companies and organizations of all sizes and from most industries – our wider network includes thousands of additional contacts with whom we collaborate and maintain regular communication.

The photo was taken in connection to the Board meeting on 18 February 2026.
Visibility and publicity for members
We also work actively to create visibility and publicity for our members and support the development of their brands through our events, publications, and podcasts.
Our many events are free of charge and open to anyone interested, regardless of where in the world they are located. Most offer the option to participate either on site or online. Members also have the opportunity to showcase their expertise by participating as moderators, speakers, or panelists.
Our publications provide information about our members’ activities as well as updates on what is happening within the Chamber and in the Swedish and Polish economies.
Podcasts – a way to attract attention
Podcasts are an excellent way to both share knowledge and highlight the competence and skills of our members.
Our podcast series 𝐇𝐞𝐣 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫! is recorded in both Sweden and Poland.
We are also interviewed by others, not least thanks to our close cooperation with one of Poland’s most active business-supporting organizations, Pro Progressio. Its CEO, Wiktor Doktór, has conducted interviews with both our Warsaw‑based Vice Chairman of the Board, Fredrik Udd, who is in addition the CEO of the market‑entry company Explore Markets,
and with our Vice Chairman of the Board Jacek Ziolkowski, who also builds bridges between Sweden and Poland through his company NordPolen.
Strategic Partnership
Selected members whose capabilities, products and services are of a considerable interest for our community can become our strategic partners with whom we enter agreements about mutual support and mutual benefits beyond what follows from membership.
Vi have two types of strategic partners – Strategic Partner and Key Strategic Partner.

”We help B2B companies win business through advisory support and the production of high‑impact sales and promotional materials. From there, we can have a fully operational sp. z o.o. running within one week, followed by ongoing legal, HR, payroll, and accounting support for as long as you need us. Our services are accessible to small family businesses taking their first steps into Poland, and fully scalable for companies with a hundred or more employees. Over time, we tend to grow alongside our clients – moving beyond the role of advisor or consultant to become their go-to contact for getting things done in Poland. No rigid scope, no passing the buck. Whatever the challenge, we own it. Our team is fluent in Danish and understands Swedish – and perhaps more importantly, we understand how Nordic companies think, what they expect, and where Poland tends to surprise them.”
